1. What we collect
When you submit a quote request we collect: the product lines and specifications you enter, delivery/project location, your name, organisation (if provided), the business email or phone number you provide, your preferred response channel, any message, and any BOQ or datasheet files you attach. We also record technical submission metadata (date and time, the page that referred you, campaign parameters if present, and a hashed, non-reversible fingerprint of the submitting connection to prevent abuse).
2. Why we use it
Solely to review, price and respond to your enquiry. Your enquiry is not added to any marketing list. We do not sell enquiry data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Attachments
Uploaded BOQs and datasheets are stored privately with unguessable file names and are accessible only to the KEUS team responsible for preparing your quotation. They are never published or shared outside the enquiry process.
4. Retention
Enquiry records are retained while the quotation process is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, after which they are deleted or anonymised. The exact retention period will be confirmed here before public launch.
5. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your enquiry data, or withdraw consent for its processing, by contacting us using the details published on the contact page. Please quote your enquiry reference so we can locate the record.
6. Analytics
This site does not load analytics or advertising scripts by default. If measurement is enabled after review, this notice will be updated first, including any consent controls that apply.
